Silvista senior support services grew out of necessity.

Debra Workman, the original founding partner:

"I watched my mother struggle with day to day life. As my mother aged, getting to and from doctors appointments became increasingly harder for her to manage on her own. I couldn't always be there for her, with my other family commitments and of course my work responsibilities. Going by herself wasn't an option either, as she couldn't remember what the doctor told her, when she was suppose to take her medication, how much, when she was suppose to go back and see them. I'd have to call the office back and find out what had transpired."

Debra also began to notice other things too, like the maintenance on her house inside and out was not being kept up. "My mother's eye sight was failing and she no longer saw what needed to be done nor did she notice that the cleaning wasn't being kept up to her own standards."

Debra came from a big family, but everyone seems too busy with their own lives. Organizing family to do house cleaning or repairs or even visits seem to create problems. Something had to be done!

"There were no services out there that could offer the care and compassion I had for my mother and the quality of work I expected. My Mom loved her house and wanted to say living in it and I loved my mother."

Today Silvista proudly provides total in-home support for seniors living in their homes, assisted living homes and retirement residences. Our experienced compassionate care workers are some of the best in their fields; handpicked, researched, background checked and trained to ensure they provide you and your loved ones with the trusted care and compassion you deserve.

Our goal is to offer all the services a senior would need in one location - making it easy, fast, and safe.
